Your Personal Information
We require the following personal information for the purpose of validating your request received from the Internet as well as retaining the ability to expeditiously contact you following the VE Session for follow-up in the event that our post-session audit process uncovers any discrepancy in that will hold up or impede processing of your licensing application. We do not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law. We retain paper records associated with all VE sessions in a secure container that restricts access to selected VE Team member key holders in an effort to prevent unauthorized access to your personal information retained by the VE team following the VE session. Please note that this information does NOT include copies of NCVEC 605 forms that reveal sensitive personal information such as social security numbers (SSNs) or answers to other questions that should be help private. Those forms are included in the submission package through FedEx or U.S. Mail next day services to the American Radio Relay League Volunteer Examination Coordinator (ARRL VEC) in Newington, Connecticut, for further post-session process and data entry into FCC systems. The maximum amount of information contained in our paper records include your name, address, and call sign (if you had one prior to the session), telephone number and e-mail address. For questions regarding how your personal information is handled at the American Radio Relay League, please reach out to them for answers. You can find the American Radio Relay League on the Internet at http://www.arrl.org to obtain current contact information.

Your request for seating at the NSDXA / SVARC VE Session that you have selected above is about to be submitted. Please double-check that you have selected the date you wish to attend and provided all of the required information. Once you submit your request, you should receive an e-mail notification of our system indicating that we have received your request. NOTE – this is NOT confirmation that you are on our list of candidates for that session. The VE Team will then review your submission. and either assign you a confirmation code that can be validated upon arrival at the session or notify you regarding any descrepancies or other reasons we have denied your registration request. The confirmation code will be the assurance that you are successfully registered for the session. Reasons for denial vary but typically are because we have arrived at an unresolvable discrepancy after reaching out to you with questions intended to resolve it, or we have reached the maximum number of candidates that we are able to accomodate at a session.
